浦東綠地鉑驪酒店印度美食體驗活動
9月7日,在上海浦東綠地鉑驪酒店邀請了一些合作伙伴和當?shù)孛襟w一起體驗酒店新推出的印度美食。
新加入酒店的印度大廚MANOJ KUMAR給大家?guī)砹说氐赖挠《让朗?,從事廚師行業(yè)15年,不斷鉆研學習,先后在印度孟買的俱樂部酒店、知名印度連鎖餐廳擔任印度廚師長工作。從2011年就開始就來到中國,在北京、西安、成都都工作生活過,了解中國各地的飲食習慣。 此次來到上海,加入浦東綠地鉑驪的大家庭,將印度美食帶入西餐廳,他擅用各種印度香料,又了解中國人的口味,帶給大家味蕾新享受。
圍繞著咖喱展開,咖喱羊肉、咖喱土豆花菜、咖喱角、咖喱豆…搭配著印度香米,香氣逼人,食欲大增。當然少不了聞名遐邇的印度飛餅,還有印度小吃糖球初體驗。一邊午餐,大廚一邊和大家講解印度文化,為什么愛吃咖喱?為什么會用手吃?正確的地道的吃法又是什么……大家在咖喱的香氣中,歡聲笑語地結(jié)束了愉快的印度美食體驗。

On September 7th, the Qube Hotel Shanghai Pudong invited some partners and local media to try our new released Indian food.
Our newly hired Indian chef MANOJ KUMAR has extensive experience in Indian cuisine. He has been working as a chef for 15 years. He has worked as a chef of India club hotel and famous Indian restaurant chains in Mumbai, India. He has been in China since 2011 and has lived and worked in Beijing, Xi'an and Chengdu. He fully understands the tastes which Chinese people prefer. This time he came to Shanghai and joined the Qube hotel, he would bring us some brand new tastes of Indian food.
Curry lamb, curry potato cauliflower, curry horn, curry beans... with Indian Jeera Rice, which smelled so good, the appetite was greatly increased. Of course, we provided the famous Indian flying cakes, as well as some local Indian snacks.
During the lunch, the chef explained the Indian culture like why do they like curry? Why do they eat by hand? What is the right way to eat properly? Everyone had a good time.
